We are looking for an organized, goal-driven, and highly productive Office Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily operations by managing messages, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Keep inventory stocked and organized, ensuring supplies are replenished before they run low, requires a short drive.
- Help maintain and track expenses for each client.
- Track and manage calendars, pricing, and property listings with thoughtfulness.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors, ensuring projects and maintenance are completed on time.
- Assist with ordering and restocking supplies so our properties are always guest-ready.
- Proactively identify and solve problems
Qualifications:
- Experience in **office administration or jobs requiring organizational skills **
- Extreme attention to detail—you double-check everything and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (or until school dismissal).
Compensation:
- $21 per hour, significant potential for growth. Company expects 50% growth in 2025-2026.
