Haus of Brunch is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks, specialty teas, mocktails, and fresh juices while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will also include menu innovation, station cleanliness, and quality control to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Crafting & Quality Control
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, mocktails, and fresh juices following precise recipes and presentation standards
Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portioning of all beverages
Customize drinks based on guest preferences, allergies, and dietary needs
Stay updated on coffee trends and brewing techniques to elevate guest experiences
Customer Service & Guest Engagement
Provide a warm and welcoming experience, greeting guests upon arrival
Take orders accurately and offer recommendations based on customer preferences
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests promptly and professionally
Engage with guests to create connections and encourage repeat business
Menu Innovation & Training
Assist in developing new and creative beverage offerings based on guest feedback and
seasonal trends
Participate in menu rollouts, promotions, and seasonal drink updates
Help train new baristas and team members on proper techniques and customer service
Operational Efficiency & Teamwork
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Operate espresso machines, blenders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with cash handling and payment processing, following company financial procedures
Inventory & Equipment Management
Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, syrups, milk alternatives, and other beverage ingredients
Maintain a clean and organized barista station
Report low inventory or equipment maintenance issues to management
Cleanliness & Safety Compliance
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Ensure all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and sanitized
Keep the barista station fully stocked, neat, and organized
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista, Caf Attendant, or in a hospitality role is preferred but not required
Passion for coffee culture and beverage innovation
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
