Qualifications :

4 years of similar experience with luxury independent hotels in banquets.
Luxury hotel experience a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in managing large teams.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet functions, ensuring they meet or exceed guest expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and event organizers, addressing any last-minute adjustments, feedback, or service needs.

Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on providing outstanding guest experiences.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
