Thriving International Restaurant Group is looking for a Head of Bars for a new restaurant opening in Miami, FL. Oversight of 5 bars within a restaurant, lounge, and club.

Qualifications :

  • Must know Miami Market
  • Opening experience is preferred
  • 2 years of tenure in each role
  • Experience with upscale and high volume restaurant group or hotel
  • Must have mixology experience

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all bar operations for large restaurant opening

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
