The Night Auditor is responsible for oversight of Front Desk and reconciliation of hotel daily revenues. A combination of duties mainly related, but not limited to: check-in and check-out guests, night audit packet, oversee all functions of the hotel and contribute to an overall positive guest experience. Must be available to work Sunday thru Thursday.
Requirements:
Balancing the accounts from day shift
Running downtime reports
Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
Answering calls
Work environment:
Ability to stand for most of your shift.
Hotels operate 24/7 therefore schedules may at times fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
Standing, walking, bending, stretching, twist, or lifting as much as 25lbs. throughout your scheduled shift.
