Job Summary :
Responsible for the leadership and oversight of multiple high-performing units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven expertise in ensuring operational excellence through hands-on multi-unit management. Key areas of responsibility include hiring and developing management teams, optimizing financial performance, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company standards. A consistent track record of strategically improving top- and bottom-line results is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide accountability and support to managers and team members across all locations.
Oversee daily operations, focusing on team development and performance optimization.
Manage staffing levels, cost controls, and sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas, including culinary operations and guest satisfaction.
Monitor and optimize inventory management, labor costs, and vendor relationships to drive efficiency and profitability.
Analyze and resolve P&L challenges, ensuring financial realignment and sustainable improvement.
Communicate effectively with senior management, ownership, and diverse stakeholders.
Develop and implement comprehensive staff training programs, including service enhancement techniques.
Supervise and coordinate member events, including social functions and golf-related activities.
Address employee concerns effectively and promptly to foster a positive work environment.
Play an active role in new restaurant openings, focusing on hiring, training, and operational readiness.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience in multi-unit management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Expertise in financial analysis, including P&L resolution and cost management.
Proven success in staff training, team development, and implementing operational standards.
Schedule :
10-hour shifts, with a 5-day scheduled work week.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
