Assistant General Manager – Fast-Paced, High-Volume Restaurant
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic and growing restaurant brand. Responsibilities :
Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) operations while supporting the culinary team to ensure seamless service.
Provide positive leadership , coaching, and staff development to foster long-term success.
Assist the General Manager in reviewing financials, including P&L statements , to drive profitability and efficiency.
Maintain a strong guest-focused presence , ensuring exceptional service through table touches and proactive interactions.
Uphold and enforce safety and sanitation standards to maintain top-tier operational excellence.
Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure efficient, high-quality, and profitable food operations .
Lead by example, using strong interpersonal skills to train and develop staff through a hands-on approach.

Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and operational controls.
