Job Description:
- Knows menu and products, including special offers and promotions.
- Controls guest reception area
- Organizes guest seating and flow. Uses pager system during volume times.
- Introduces Servers.
- Seating guests at their table in a warm and friendly manner.
- Efficiently and accurately takes phone take-out orders and packages orders correctly for pickup.
- Buss tables as needed.
- Run dinners when necessary.
- Working as a team member with the dining room staff and other Marzoni’s personnel.
- Makes a positive first and last impression to our guests.
- Cleaning and organizing the order area, foyer, halls and bathrooms.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
- Complies and maintains all safety and sanitation standards at all times.
