Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
Supervisor: Director of Property Maintenance
Position Summary

Experience/Education:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Post high school technical training and/or two years construction or maintenance experience
General Description
- Resolve and complete in a timely manner paperwork, work orders, and invoices
- Ability to handle basic repairs around the restaurant
- Painting inside and outside of buildings
- Plumbing – knowledge to address leaks, clogs, or other drainage issues
- Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building
- Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with a building’s electricity and/or equipment
- Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
- Repairing faulty equipment and damaged structures
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
- Planning and scheduling repairs
- Maintaining inventory records for equipment, work trucks and supplies
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Keep job site clean and organized
- Maintaining proper sanitation control
- Load trucks and organize materials for the job at hand
- Ordering parts and materials that are needed
- Work as a team member
- Maintain Forklift certification
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed
