Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while delivering exceptional customer support. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and positive attitude will help create a productive and welcoming workplace.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Provide support to the office team, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
Organizational Ability: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
Professionalism: Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a professional demeanor.
Problem-Solving: Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Accounting Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.30 - $22.17 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
