About the Role
Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This travel job in Essex, Maryland offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting and gain valuable experience in therapy and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized exercise programs to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives.
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various conditions and needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
