The Travel CT Technologist will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) scanners, taking patient histories, and conducting imaging procedures. They will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Conduct imaging procedures, such as CT scans and fluoroscopy
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in CT
