Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will work closely with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for CT scans, explaining procedures and answering questions.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient data and imaging results.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid ARRT certification as a Registered Technologist (RT).
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a CT or radiology department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
