Job Description
The CT Technologist will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. This includes preparing patients for scans, positioning them correctly, and ensuring the scanning process is completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning them correctly.
- Ensure the scanning process is completed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
- Current ARRT registration as a Registered Technologist (RT) in computed tomography.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
