We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team as a travel professional in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania.
Job Summary:
This 12-hour night shift position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care. As a travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning them correctly
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, exam results, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
- Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) scanning
- At least 1 year of experience in CT scanning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
