Responsibilities
- To provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- To assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- To administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment plans.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey.
- At least one year of experience working in a psychiatric setting.
