About Us:
Host my Home is a thriving short-term rental company expanding into the mid-term rental market (30 day stays). We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Leasing Consultant to help grow our mid-term rental department. Job Responsibilities:
- Tenant Acquisition: Proactively find and screen potential tenants for mid-term rental properties.
- Leasing Coordination: Draft, send, and manage leases and addendums as required.
- Marketing & Advertising: Promote rental listings across multiple platforms to attract high-quality tenants.
- Showings: Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person property showings as needed.
- Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.
- Market Research: Stay updated on rental trends and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Active real estate license.
- Experience: Prior leasing, property management, or real estate experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and marketing abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online listing platforms and leasing software.
- Reliable & Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid environment.
