This summer, we’re looking for seasonal managers to lead our Cape Cod hostels! If you’re passionate about travel, community, and spending the season in a breathtaking coastal destination, we want to hear from you.
Our three hostel locations include :
- HI Hyannis
- HI Truro
- HI Martha’s Vineyard

What to expect :
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone willing to do whatever it takes to create an exceptional hostel experience. You'll lead by example- working front desk and housekeeping shifts, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring a welcoming, clean, and friendly environment. No two days are the same, so adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential.
Position Details
Hourly Pay : $20.50-22.00 per hour DOE, includes private on-site housing. The Hostel Manager and Hostel Assistant(s) live on the property with shared facilities.
Availability : Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
Full-Season Commitment Required : Typically, May – Late September
Training will be provided before the season begins at our HI Boston location.
Although training will be provided, applicants must bring a strong passion for hospitality, guest service, and a commitment to HI USA’s mission of fostering travel and cultural exchange.
