As an HVAC Comfort Advisor your role focuses on assessing the customers needs and recommending tailored HVAC solutions to improve comfort and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment:
- Listen to customers, understand their comfort needs and home characteristics to determine the best HVAC solutions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems (air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, etc.) and their features.
- Posses in-depth knowledge of Ductwork set up and ability to quote accurately for replacement of Ductwork.
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Develop rapport with customers, educate them on HVAC options, and present tailored solutions.
- Solution Development:
- Create sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily understood by the installation team.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish strong customer relationships to build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through effective sales strategies.
- Project Management:
- Be the primary point of contact throughout the project, from initial consultation to post-installation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communications.
- Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC industry trends and technological advancements.
- Coordination:
- Work closely with office staff and installation teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
- Technical Acumen: A good understanding of HVAC systems and their operation is crucial.
- Customer Service: Ability to build rapport, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.

- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required.
