We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained.
• Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings.
• Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate catering operations and special events to ensure seamless execution.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on fast casual dining service standards.
• Familiarity with cash handling processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and inventory management will be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
