Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of performance and morale
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and payroll
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
