Dishwasher (Criminal Background Check Required/Onsite Only)

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will assist with maintaining the kitchen’s flow and ensuring all items are properly cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware using manual and machine methods.
• Ensure all dishwashing equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
• Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in appropriate locations.
• Assist kitchen staff by cleaning kitchen surfaces, equipment, and other areas as needed.
• Sort, stack, and store clean items according to restaurant guidelines.
• Operate the dishwashing machine, ensuring it is functioning properly and performing regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in a sanitary manner.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station, including floors, countertops, and sinks.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and support during peak hours.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
