We are looking for a temporary Feedback Collector who will be responsible for gathering, recording, and analyzing customer feedback from various channels, such as surveys, interviews, and reviews. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with customers, collecting valuable insights, and working collaboratively with teams to help implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, and in-person reviews.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to encourage participation and honest feedback.
- Organize and categorize feedback to ensure it is easy to analyze and reference.
- Analyze customer feedback for trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Present key findings to management, highlighting actionable insights and potential changes.
- Ensure that all feedback is accurately recorded and stored in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor feedback collection processes and suggest improvements to increase engagement and response rates.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer data at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices in feedback collection and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in creating feedback surveys and communication strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, data collection, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in gathering or analyzing customer feedback in a corporate setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to engage with customers and sit or stand for extended periods during feedback collection activities.
- Occasional travel or outreach to customers may be required.
