Job Overview

This role involves a wide variety of tasks, from carpentry to electrical to painting and to remodeling and more, so adaptability and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities

• Support or complete various construction-related tasks as needed, ensuring quality and attention to detail in every project.
• Gain hands-on experience and adapt to new tasks and challenges as they arise.
• Interact with clients professionally, ensuring their questions are answered and needs are addressed.
• Assist in identifying solutions to unexpected challenges during projects.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
