The Executive Director of Clinic Operations will serve on the HSH Executive Team and is responsible for providing strong clinical leadership over 4 rural health clinics, and the hospital specialty clinic and will oversee clinic and physician’s operations to ensure excellent patient care. The Executive Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for:
- Achieving exceptional clinical operations, processes and clinical metrics, and operational efficiencies. Adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines is of utmost importance.
- Accepting responsibility for all department functions in support of the mission, vision, values of the hospital.
- Working with clinicians and staff to deliver optimal patient care of the highest standards to ensure dependable delivery of preventative and quality care protocols.
- Leading, planning, directing, monitoring, and improving the overall performance of the clinics to achieve excellence in the delivery of daily operations.
- Cultivating a positive clinic culture that prioritizes human kindness and patient-centered care.
- Facilitating healthy physician and provider relationships.
- Operational, financial, clinical, quality, and business development activities.
The Executive Director of Clinic Operations will spend time in the field to build rapport with business and clinical leadership within the community and network physicians. Strong ambassador value-based care delivery in our clinics.
