What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Physical Therapist position at Hot Springs Sports Medicine?
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management.
Develop and implement strategies to drive clinic growth and enhance patient satisfaction.
Actively participate in community outreach activities and events to promote Rise Physical Therapy and our services.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational goals and initiatives.
Mentor and support staff members to foster their professional development and growth.
Education / Qualifications :
Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of Arkansas.
Clinical experience, with a strong background in orthopedics preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, with a desire to grow into a management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for community involvement and engagement.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and drive positive change.
Preference for working in a smaller, locally owned business environment over large corporate clinics.

Physical Demands :
Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
