This role will also promote and enhance our use of data analytics, automation, and AI. The VP will lead initiatives to leverage advanced technologies, particularly AI and business intelligence (BI) applications, to improve client services and internal processes, transforming our business operations and decision-making capabilities. This role entails firsthand development of Power BI reports and will oversee the hiring of additional developers in the future as needed.

What You Will Do
- Lead and innovate technology across the agency, promoting continuous enhancements for operational efficiency and client experiences.
- Develop and implement cost-effective tech strategies in automation, software, hardware, and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with department heads to create tailored Power BI solutions for internal and client, centralizing reporting and analytics.
- Lead AI integration to automate tasks and derive business insights.
- Implement AI applications to improve workflows, data analytics, and decision-making.
- Oversee technology projects for successful, timely, and cost-effective implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tech initiatives with business goals.
- Track project progress, identifying risks and solutions to ensure success.
- Conduct technology training to ensure effective use of new systems and tools.
- Develop educational programs to build skills in data analytics, AI, and software utilization.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and management systems for reliability, security, and scalability.
- Coordinate with the IT team for seamless integration of innovative technologies.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in database architecture and Power BI development.
- 5-7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management and project management
- 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing staff.
- Understanding of AI to drive innovation within the company.
- Four-year college degree required or equivalent work experience.
