Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of customer service and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Possess excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds frequently.
