We are a non-profit looking for a program manager/case manager.
*:
- Creating, coordinating and managing occupational education and training programs for the hospitality industry.
- Case management for individuals in various training programs
- Instructing programs and developing curriculum in your area of expertise
- Promoting programs by phone, email and in person on-site at hotel properties
- Soliciting and coordinating on-site training for Hawaii employers on Oahu and the Neighbor Islands
Qualifications:
- Must have demonstrated strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Be comfortable speaking in front of large groups
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting
- Must be able to meet multiple deadlines
- Be comfortable working with an ESL population
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Positive work-hard / play-hard attitude
Experience: Looking for someone with extensive experience in * at least two* of the following:
- education and/or training
- the hospitality industry
- workforce development
- experience writing and managing grants that deal with job training and employment
Banquets and catering experience a plus but not necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $53,045.00 per year
