The Role: Front Desk Supervisor
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support the Guest Experience team to uphold service standards.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out while engaging with guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Resolve guest concerns and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain front desk systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth communication.
- Act as a liaison between the front desk and other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to facilitate a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in preparing staff schedules and ensuring appropriate coverage.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public spaces as needed to uphold quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver VIP amenities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
