The Role: Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional hospitality.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and support the Guest Experience team to uphold service standards.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out while engaging with guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the front desk and other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to facilitate a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist in preparing staff schedules and ensuring appropriate coverage.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public spaces as needed to uphold quality standards.
  • Prepare and deliver VIP amenities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

  • Comfortable working independently, particularly during shifts without a manager on duty.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with guests.

  • Knowledgeable about the local area and eager to provide guests with recommendations.
  • A team player who fosters a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Must have at least two years of hotel front desk experience (applications without this experience will not be considered).
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
