Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage reservations and handle guest requests efficiently.
- Assist with check-out procedures and process payments accurately.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Answer phone calls promptly with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
