We are seeking the “best of the best” culinary professionals who are passionate about food, flavor, and exceptional dining experiences. Our culinary team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a motivated, creative, and attentive AM Line Cook. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining moments for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Set up and break down your station before and after service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and labeling ingredients
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
- Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
