We are seeking a motivated Lead Banquet Cook to support the culinary team at Hotel Bardo Savannah. This role focuses on assisting in the preparation and execution of banquets while ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate.
- Support the culinary team in maintaining high standards of food presentation, taste, and quality.
- Oversee the setup and organization of the banquet kitchen, ensuring it is ready for service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate needs to the culinary leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards in all food preparation areas.
- Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff during service, helping to coordinate tasks and maintain efficiency.
- Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Work closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food delivery during events.
