Overview
The Retail Supervisor leads the daily operations of Hotel Bardo Savannah's on-property boutique, delivering a seamless guest experience while upholding brand standards and driving retail performance. This role manages part-time team members, oversees scheduling and inventory, and supports merchandising and marketing initiatives to create a cohesive and considered retail environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the retail team to ensure warm, attentive service
Build and manage weekly schedules to ensure full boutique coverage
Track sales performance and coordinate timely reorders of key items
Maintain retail supply levels and ensure the shop is clean, organized, and on-brand
Conduct monthly inventory counts and compile end-of-month sales reporting
Assist in onboarding and training new team members to uphold brand standards
Qualifications
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or guest-facing roles
Confident team leader with strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation and visual merchandising
Comfortable using POS systems and inventory management tools
Able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, guest-driven environment
Available to work weekends and holidays
