Overview
Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a Spa Attendant to support Saltgrass, our serene spa and wellness retreat. This role ensures a tranquil, inviting atmosphere by maintaining spa spaces, assisting with daily operations, and delivering thoughtful, personalized service. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating memorable wellness experiences.Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, assist with lockers, robes, and amenities, and provide personalized attention to create a seamless spa experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and turnover of all spa spaces, ensuring alignment with brand standards for a high-touch, inviting atmosphere.
- Support therapists by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring linens, towels, and amenities are refreshed and stocked promptly.
- Assist the Spa Coordinator with daily operations to ensure appointments run smoothly and guests feel cared for at every touchpoint.
- Monitor and maintain refreshment stations, ensuring they are clean, replenished, and reflect the brand’s commitment to thoughtful details.
- Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and operational needs to the Spa Manager and team to uphold exceptional service.
- Assist with spa events, VIP bookings, and group experiences, colaborating with other resort departments and ensuring flawless execution and personalized guest engagement.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols while maintaining spa equipment and facilities in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- A passion for wellness and a genuine interest in helping guests feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and cared for.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in using booking and scheduling systems is a plus.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards to uphold a luxury brand image.
- High attention to detail to ensure all spa areas are pristine and guest-ready at all times.
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and composed under pressure
