Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including employee relations, benefits administration, and program management. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and OSHA regulations
- Supervise HR staff and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee training programs
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions
- Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software
- Manage employee separation process, including exit interviews and offboarding procedures
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience with benefits administration and program management
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues
- Experience in using ADP Payroll software
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and provide guidance and support
