- Greet guests and confirm reservations
- Provide information about the hotel and local area
- Make restaurant reservations
- Arrange transportation, such as taxis
Handle guest requests, such as sightseeing tours
Assist with event planning, such as weddings and conferences
Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
Maintain positive relationships with guests
Handle complaints and issues diplomatically
Listen to guest issues and show empathy
Take action to fix problems quickly
Update guests on the situation
Fundamentals
A high school education or equivalent is required, with prior customer service experience helpful. The ability to communicate effectively and graciously in English is essential. This position requires continuous movement, full mobility, lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling a luggage cart up to 200 pounds.
