Duties

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize workflow and ensure all areas are maintained regularly.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.
