WORK, PLAY, AND ENJOY THE ART OF ARTISINAL PIZZA MAKING AT HAWT PIZZA!
This is a small pizza operation that can get busy at times, but generally a moderately paced tempo. Wood fired pizza making is an artisan skill and takes time and patience to fully master but is extremely rewarding. This is an open kitchen environment but you are not responsible for taking orders or handling cash. Guest contact is minimal. Full-time Hourly Position ranging from $17.00-$18.00 DOE plus tips.Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of "Hawt Pizza" Kitchen at Hotel Chimayo.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
Prep food for the day/week
Make dough
Stretch dough, top pizzas, cook finish and serve pizzas
Clean kitchen and work areas to a high standard (small space)
Manage a wood fired oven
Take inventory and rotate product
HC4
Requirements
Wood Fired pizza skills preferred, pizza making skills a must
Must have kitchen hustle, no slackers
Must take pride in your work
Must be dependable
Must have good time management skills
Must be able to work shifts alone at times
Must be professional in attitude, appearance and work ethic
