Job Requirements:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, and uniforms.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Inspect linens and towels for stains, tears, and wear, and report any damages to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of clean linens and towels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of laundry supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff.
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of laundry detergents and chemicals.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.

Work Environment:
- Standard hotel setting
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Shifts may vary and include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
Physical Demand:
- Continuous standing 100% of the shift
- Inside 100% of the shift
- Lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying required up to 100 lbs. or more. Carts may be pulled up to 75 feet.
- Bending/kneeling required 70% of shift
- Mobile position required 100% of the time
