A Public Area Attendants key responsibilities are to clean service and public areas in the hotel.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Clean lobbies, hotel entrances, restaurants, lounges, library, fitness center, pool deck, restrooms, offices, corridors, elevators, stairways, break rooms, etc.
- Assist guest with hotel and city information.
- Deliver items to guest rooms and other areas of the hotel.
- Replenish restroom supplies.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using a vacuum cleaner.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills.
- Empty and wash wastebaskets transporting trash and waste to disposal area.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
MUST HAVES:
- Passion for creating an amazing experience for our guests.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
