Description:
The Sheraton by Marriott of Eatontown is seeking passionate customer service professionals to join our award-winning team as a full-time Night Auditor. If you're remarkably responsible and reliable, and you love to brighten someone’s day by providing an outstanding guest experience, we want to hear from you.
**PLEASE NOTE** The Night Audit shift is from 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. We are currently seeking candidates to work part-time (2-3 shifts per week) on the weekends. Please do not apply if you are not available to work the required shift times.
Requirements:- Demonstrate a take-charge attitude and excellent communication skills
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Handle any unforeseen circumstances that may arise effectively and professionally
- Input and manage computerized data with an eye for detail
- Organize and maintain checklists, files, and reports
- Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment
- Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay
