Ensure guest experience is extraordinary through notable offerings unique to the guests' expectations
- Preparation of all margarita ingredients (fresh lime juice and simple syrup); preparation of bar cart; preparation of drinks for guests upon arrival; break down and clean-up of bar cart and all associated ingredients. Secondary duties to include : bussing of tables and general maintenance of Library and Lobby; door presence / greeting guests in the Lobby.
- Ensure that our one-of-a-kind public area (library) is pristine and well maintained by partnering with Housekeeping department.
- Interact with other departments to ensure that all guest's needs are supremely satisfied.
- Proactively work to improve the hotel experience for our guests.
- Accept other special duties as required by management.
