Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The Massage Therapist is responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. The therapist will be dedicated to helping clients improve their overall well-being through therapeutic touch, relaxation techniques, and customized massage treatments. Commission based pay.

Experience and Education:
Valid massage therapy license or certification (as required by state law)
Minimum of two years of experience in a spa or resort setting preferred
Proficiency in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
Passion for wellness and holistic care
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform professional massage therapy sessions based on client needs and preferences
· Assess clients’ physical conditions and medical histories to tailor treatments
· Recommend individualized massage plans, stretches, or wellness practices
· Maintain detailed and confidential client records
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, linens, tools, and common spa areas in compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
· Adhere to all licensing and state regulations for massage therapy
· Educate clients on the benefits of massage and self-care techniques
· Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless guest service and assist with daily spa operations.
· Uphold the resort’s standards of luxury service and guest confidentiality at all times.
· Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times
· Any and all other duties as assigned
Organizational Structure: This position reports directly to the Spa Director.
