Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has great communication skills, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries (in person, over the phone, and via email)
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and events
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Keep the front desk and lobby area tidy and welcoming
- Assist with other hotel tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred (hospitality experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with hotel booking software is a plus)
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
