Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guest's, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Issue room keys
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment.
- Registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
- Inform guest about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Clean and maintain lobby and common areas, such as restocking supplies/ snack shop area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers and printers.
Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shifts ( 7 AM- 3PM ).
- 4-5 workdays
- Weekends as needed
- Holidays
