Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Valet/Bell Attendant at Hotel Granduca Houston in Houston, TX. The Valet/Bell Attendant will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and valet parking vehicles. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining communication with the front desk and other departments.

Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Valet Parking
- hotel experience, specially in the luxury market a plus
- knowledge of Forbes and LQA standard preferred
- Strong Communication skills
- Organizational and Administration skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
