Hotel Greenfield is looking for a highly motivated, responsible, and skilled employee to work our front desk during our evening shifts (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and morning shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM). The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following job responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Able to serve guests drinks when the lounge is open.
• Manage reservations and room assignments with accuracy and timely updates using an online reservation system. (WebRezPro)
• Process payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Clean guest rooms after check-out and perform room tidies for extended stays.
• Wash, dry, and folding of laundry.
• Perform additional tasks required by the manager.
• Bartending experience is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
