Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
- Assist with night audit tasks as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Setup/Refil/ Takeout Breakfast. Take out Trash. Work in Laundry. Clean Floor. Other work related to hotel needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual skills are advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is desirable
