Duties:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Hire, Train and Supervise staff members across various departments
- Implement and maintain procedures for maximum efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to enhance guest experiences
- Keep Hotel clean /well maintained and run preventive maintenance
-Cover shift in employee absentees
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
